Since we began building in 1998, more than 100 families have trusted us with their homes. Very few of them found us through an advertisement. Most came because a relative, a colleague or a neighbour walked them through a house we had built and said, “Talk to them.”
That trust shapes every decision we make. We would rather build fewer houses each year and give each one our full attention than grow quickly and let standards slip. Every site is supervised by experienced people, every stage is checked before it is covered up, and every estimate is itemised so there are no surprises.
Quality and perfection do not have to mean an expensive house. Careful planning, accurate quantities and long relationships with suppliers and skilled workers let us keep our pricing affordable — without cutting corners where it matters.
When a family moves into a house we have built, we want them to feel the same happiness we felt handing over the keys — and to want that same happiness for the people they know. That is how our work has always travelled.
