How do you price a house?

After a free site visit we prepare an itemised estimate — materials, labour and every inclusion listed line by line — based on your plot, floors and specifications. Our aim has always been quality and perfection at an affordable price, with no hidden costs added later.

How do payments work?

Payments are tied to completed stages — foundation, each slab, masonry, finishes and handover. You pay as work is finished and checked, never in advance for work not yet done.

Why do most of your clients come through referrals?

Because the homeowners we build for are happy years after moving in, and they recommend us to their family and friends. That is how we have built more than 100 houses in 28 years without needing to advertise.

Can you renovate while we live in the house?

Often, yes. We phase the work room by room and seal off active areas. For structural changes we’ll recommend how long you should stay elsewhere, usually only a few weeks.

Do you handle BBMP / BDA plan approval?

Yes. We prepare the drawings and documents and follow the approval through, so construction starts on a sanctioned plan.

Will I be able to track progress remotely?

Every project gets regular updates with photos and the next week’s plan, so owners living elsewhere can follow their build with confidence.
