Make the house you love work for today.
Many Bengaluru families would rather renovate or add a floor than move. We have spent 28 years learning how older homes are built — and how to change them safely.

A good renovation starts with understanding what is already there. Before we suggest any change, we check the foundation, columns and slabs, so new walls, floors or openings are designed around what the house can actually carry.
Adding a first floor to an existing house is one of the most common requests we get, often from families whose relatives we built for earlier. We check whether the existing structure can take the load, strengthen it where needed, and plan the work so the ground floor stays usable for as long as possible.
Kitchens, bathrooms and full-home renovations are phased room by room, with dust and noise kept in check, and an itemised estimate agreed before we start.

One happy home leads to the next.
We have never relied on advertising. In 28 years, most of our 100+ houses came from homeowners who were proud of what we built and wanted the same for their relatives, friends and neighbours.
- 01
We build one home properly
Honest materials, careful supervision and finishing that holds up for decades.
- 02
The family settles in happily
No surprises on the bill, no shortcuts hidden behind plaster, help whenever something needs attention.
- 03
They tell the people they care about
A brother building on his plot, a colleague renovating, a neighbour adding a floor.
- 04
We earn the next home the same way
Same team, same standard, same fair pricing — because our name travels with every house.
We would rather build fewer houses a year and have every family recommend us, than build more and lose that trust.
Questions about renovation & extension
Can you add a first floor to my existing house?
Often, yes — but only after a structural check. If the existing columns and foundation need strengthening, we include that in the plan and the estimate.
Can we stay in the house during renovation?
For most kitchen, bathroom and room renovations, yes. For structural work we will tell you honestly if a short move-out is safer.
Do you renovate houses you didn’t build?
Yes. Most renovation clients come to us through referrals, whoever built the original house.
